At Grip VPN, your privacy is our top priority. We built our service on the principle that we cannot disclose information about our users, because we do not store that information.<\/p>\n

This privacy policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.<\/p>\n

1. Our “No-Logs” Guarantee
This is the core of our promise to you. Grip VPN keeps no logs of your activity.<\/p>\n

To be completely clear:<\/p>\n

We DO NOT log your browsing history.<\/p>\n

We DO NOT log which websites you visit.<\/p>\n

We DO NOT log DNS queries.<\/p>\n

In order to provide you a secure connection, your original IP Address is logged.<\/p>\n

Because we do not store this data, we cannot link specific network activity to a specific user. Even if we were compelled by authorities to disclose data, we have no activity data to hand over.<\/p>\n

2. Information We Actually Collect
To operate the service, we must process a minimal amount of data.<\/p>\n

A. Account Data<\/p>\n

Email address: Used only to create your account, reset passwords, and send important information about the service.<\/p>\n

Payment information: We do not handle your credit card details directly. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google Play, Apple App Store). They may save certain information to complete the transaction, but we only see whether the payment was successful.<\/p>\n

B. Technical Information (Non-Personal)<\/p>\n

App diagnostics (Optional): If the app crashes, anonymized crash reports may be sent to us to help us fix bugs. You can disable this in the settings.<\/p>\n

Server load: We monitor total traffic on our servers to optimize performance, but this is aggregated data and cannot be linked to an individual user.<\/p>\n

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we have (your email and payment status) to:<\/p>\n

Encryption: All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted (e.g., via AES-256 and OpenVPN).<\/p>\n

GripVPN app uses Android’s VpnService API to establish an encrypted tunnel between your device and our servers.<\/p>\n

Access control: Only authorized personnel have access to the servers that handle account operations, and no one has access to the traffic inside the tunnels.<\/p>\n

5. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only exceptions are payment providers (to process purchases) or email delivery systems (to send receipts\/password resets), and these partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.<\/p>\n

6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located within the EEA (European Economic Area), you have rights under the GDPR, including:<\/p>\n

The right to request access to the data we hold about you (which in practice is only your email).<\/p>\n

The right to request deletion of your account and your email from our systems (“The Right to be Forgotten”).<\/p>\n
